What You Will Learn

Whether it is a sleepy kitten or a flower petal catching the sunlight, learning to sketch and record the moments that inspire you is essential for developing your creative self. Through the practice of keeping a sketch journal, you will refine your drawing skills, experiment with different media and processes and explore the what if side of art. Examine how masters throughout art history used their sketchbooks and consider the different roles that the sketchbook plays in the creative process. All skill levels welcome.
